Job Qualifications

• Addison High School is seeking engaging, student-centered, quality candidates to fill an anticipated 9th Grade Living Environment teaching position.

• Candidates must hold an appropriate NYS Teacher Certificate in Science (Grades 7-12, Biology preferred).
• Candidates must be a team player; willing to assist grade level teams in supporting high school students; flexible; knowledge of multiple strategies to facilitate student engagement in learning tasks in accordance with New York State High School Science Learning Standards.
• The ideal candidate will have experience working in a science classroom setting.
