Residential Youth Care Counselor

Do you have a passion for working with at-risk youth? Cedar Ridge is seeking applicants to work in our Residential Program. These positions are key to the success of our youth. You will oversee and supervise their day-to-day lives, keeping the flow of life simple and smooth. Supervision includes transportation, mealtime, recreation time, and other activities with plenty of mentoring opportunities. This enables our youth to grow and mature into helpful and hopeful adults. Come and work with us and see the difference you can make in the life of a youth! Experience preferred but not required. Must be at least 21 years of age, pass a background investigation, have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Fulltime positions Sunday – Wednesday

Fulltime position Wednesday – Saturday

$1500 sign on bonus ($500 with first paycheck, $500 at 3 months and $500 at 6 months)
