Full-Time; Exempt; Generally, Monday-Friday scheduling. Starting Salary: $54.61- $70.64 Hourly  $113,588.80 - $146,931.20 Annually; Based on Experience.

This role administers the social services, income maintenance, child support, office support and senior services programs.  Supervise staff, provide reports, manage policies and procedures; interpret statutes and rules; prepare and administer budgets.

Required Minimum Qualifications at Hire :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Administration, Social Work, Business Administration or its equivalent and eight years of progressively related experience which includes:
  • a minimum of three years of leadership in a complex social delivery organization.
  • a minimum of three years of supervisory-level experience with professional staff.

OR

• Master’s degree in public administration, Social Work, Business Administration, or its equivalent; and six years of progressively related experience which include:
  • a minimum of three years of leadership experience in a complex social delivery organization.
  • a minimum of three years of supervisory-level experience with professional staff.
