Elon is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Provost and Vice President to provide the highest-level administrative support, in a high energy, fast-paced environment, to the provost and vice president of academic affairs. The executive assistant works: cooperatively with the provost and members of the provost’s leadership team to carry out the division’s mission, strategic goals, and objectives as part of the overall university mission. This position utilizes one’s skills to ensure efficient operation within the division and across the campus community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes administrative responsibilities, office management and event planning.
Education Requirements - Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years’ experience in executive management support required. A master’s or professional degree with professional experience preferred. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
