Assistant Professor of Environmental Biology Ferris State University. The Department of Biological Sciences at Ferris State University seeks a new faculty member for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor. Responsibilities include teaching courses in environmental biology, environmental regulations, and forensic biology. The successful candidate may also be asked to teach other existing courses for majors or non-science majors and to develop new courses that complement the existing curriculum. The start date of this position will be August 2023. The successful candidate must provide evidence of a strong commitment to undergraduate education, potential for teaching excellence, effective communication skills, and the interpersonal skills to work with a diverse array of students and colleagues.
