DIRECTOR OF CURRICULUM, INSTRUCTION, AND ASSESSMENT
Full-Time - Start 7/2023

The Kinnelon Public School district is seeking qualified candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Experience with curriculum assessment, development, and implementation.
  • Demonstrated success in utilizing current best practices to improve student achievement, planning and implementation of professional development.
  • Understanding of the NJ Student Learning Standards, the changing landscape of NJ assessments, and the AchieveNJ evaluation system.
  • Minimum of 7 years of classroom teaching experience
  • Minimum of 5 years administration/supervisor experience required.
  • Building level administrative experience preferred.
  • Proper NJ certification as a Principal.
  • Superintendent CE a plus.

The position also entails personnel management, district test coordination, state reporting requirements and grant writing (ESSA), and implementation (ESSR II and ESSR III/ARP).
