Adjunct Instructor Culinary Arts (Part-time)
The Adjunct Instructor for Culinary Arts reports directly to the Chair of Business and Industrial Technology. Teaching assignment may include day and evening classes, and/or online classes and labs on campus or at the correctional facilities. Minimum qualifications Associate of Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts or closely related field. Three years culinary experience. At least one year of leadership/supervisory experience.
Full-Time-Instructional Staff, Culinary Arts (Prison)

The Culinary Arts Instructional Staff reports directly to the Director of Correctional Education. The primary duties of this position are classroom teaching and lab instruction of culinary arts in the Camp and Low Security Federal Prison System. Associate degree in any field. Three years of work experience in the industry. Must receive and maintain security clearance for the prison system. May include teaching day and evening classes.
