Position: Lead Infant/Toddler Care Educator

What You’ll Do:

• Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans tailored to the needs of infant and toddler-aged children.
• Cultivate a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning through exploration and play.
• Observe and assess children’s progress, providing valuable insights and feedback to parents and guardians.
• Foster strong, positive relationships with children, supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and share best practices.
• Maintain an organized, well-managed classroom to ensure a nurturing and structured learning space.
• Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child’s development and classroom activities.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up to date on best practices in early childhood education.

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field (preferred). If you’re currently pursuing your degree, we encourage you to apply!
• Proven experience working with infants and toddlers in an educational setting.
• A deep understanding of child development and early learning principles.
• Strong classroom management skills to foster a positive and productive learning environment.
• The ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual children’s needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to making a lasting impact in young lives.

Location: Fort Atkinson, WI 53538 (In-person position)

Schedule Options:

• 10-hour shifts
• 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• At least one year of childcare experience (required)
• Availability for day shifts
• Reliable transportation to Fort Atkinson, WI
