Financial Coordinator – School of Music

Job Summary:  The School of Music seeks a detail-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task in an energetic, creative environment.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Accounting:

  • Budgets
  • Adjunct faculty and student worker payroll
  • Professional services payroll

Record Keeping:

  • Faculty teaching assignment records
  • Student academic records
  • Recital attendance

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Accounting and/or ability to create and maintain database and spreadsheet systems
  • Customer relations experience
  • One to three years’ previous office experience.
