|Duties and Responsibilities||
The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for providing correct and appropriate information to prospective students and will serve as the first point of contact for these students and their families.

|Required Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills||
Bachelor’s degree, OR
Associate’s degree with work experience that demonstrates excellent communication skills
Current and valid Montana driver’s license or the ability to obtain one within a month of hire
|Preferred Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills||
1. Experience working with students in admissions, recruiting, residence life, student government, orientation, or other campus and student organizations
2. Knowledge or experience using Banner or similar database
3. Knowledge or experience using Hobson’s Radius or similar CRM
4. Experience planning and coordinating projects
5. Demonstrated excellent or and written communications skills
6. Sales experience
