Founded in 1975, North Central Texas Academy is a private, accredited (through the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, SACS), Christian college-preparatory, day, boarding, and international school. Teaching in a private, Christian school is very rewarding. With small classes, a faculty of like-minded teachers, motivated students, and no bureaucracy, the joy of teaching can be restored to the classroom.  NCTA is located 45 minutes southwest of the DFW area. North Central Texas Academy follows the traditional school calendar year. NCTA provides students opportunities in athletics, art, music, FFA and horsemanship.
