Principal Position Available for the 2023-2024 School Year

Holy Family School | Holly Springs, MS | Pre-K3 to 8th Grade | https://www.hfamilyschool.org/

Required Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Administration or Education from accredited college or university
• Minimum of three years’ experience in Catholic school administration, supervision, curriculum design or instructional leadership
• School Administrator licensure from the Mississippi State Dept. of Education, or a willingness to obtain licensure with the state of Mississippi, if presently residing in another state
• Strong leadership ability
• Strong supervision and curriculum design experience

The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of diocesan and state requirements related to elementary (PreK3-8) education:

• Working knowledge of the structures and operations of the Roman Catholic Church
• Computer literate - Microsoft Office experience
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication and decision making skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to provide leadership in a faith-based, academic environment
• Ability to work within the multi-cultural environment of the school community
• Ability to understand the vision and values of Sacred Heart Southern Missions, with a commitment to achieve the goals of the organization.

Salary range: $70K-$80K, Commensurate with Experience
