* ELECTRICIAN
The Electrician is responsible to the HVAC/R Supervisor to perform a variety of functions, including installing and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures, and equipment.
High School graduate with specialized training in residential and commercial wiring , motor control, and related items either during or after high school, or through vocational technical school. Knowledge of appropriate hand tools and basic wiring practices. Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read blue prints is necessary. Minimum of three years' experience in the electrical trade is preferred. Off shift call in when needed possible.
* IM4Q DIRECTOR
Saint Francis University invites applications for a full time Program Director for the Independent Monitoring for Quality Program (IM4Q). The Director is responsible to the Program Manager for the administration and coordination of data collection for the IM4Q program. The Director ensures that all deadlines and the required number of interviews are achieved. The Director is responsible for the recruitment, retention, and training of all monitors. The Director is responsible for the Closing the Loop process within each contracted Administrator Entity (AE) and is responsible for maintaining a working relationship with each AE, provider, and Office of Developmental Programs. The Director will also assist AE Quality Management teams with data as requested.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Social Sciences or related field with a working knowledge of Intellectual Disability Services. Experience with data analysis, supervisory experience, proficiency with computer software applications and data entry is required. Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and prioritize numerous duties. Experience with recruitment and training as well as excellent communication skills is a priority for this position. As a liaison with community partners, one must have experience with and advocating for those with intellectual disabilities and their support systems.
