South Coast Educational Collaborative is seeking qualified applicants for an Administrative Assistant position.

Qualifications:

  • Strong positive interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills and computer skills necessary.
  • Experience with Google, Word, Excel
  • Ability to learn multiple databases/software
  • Associates degree or equivalent preferred
  • Receptionist experience preferred

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Supporting/Assisting team members
  • Clerical tasks/Filing
  • Maintaining reception area/Security of building
  • Maintaining student/staff info – Confidentiality

Hours 8-4 Monday thru Friday

Benefits offered

Salary Range $40,000- $44,000 per annum
