Administrative Assistant
South Coast Educational Collaborative is seeking qualified applicants for an Administrative Assistant position.
Qualifications:
- Strong positive interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills and computer skills necessary
- Experience with Google, Word, Excel
- Ability to learn multiple databases/software
- Associates degree or equivalent preferred
- Receptionist experience preferred
Duties include but not limited to:
- Supporting/Assisting team members
- Clerical tasks/Filing
- Maintaining reception area/Security of building
- Maintaining student/staff info - Confidentiality
Hours 8-4 Monday thru Friday
Benefits offered
Salary Range $40,000- $44,000 per annum
