Brief Description of Position: Instructor will be responsible for teaching day and evening classes in the physics and astronomy curriculum. Classes may range from General Astronomy I and II, College Physics I & II, and General Physics I & II. Instructor will also be responsible for advising students and performing assessment of courses.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. A Master’s Degree in Physics is required.
  2. Teaching experience at the community college level is strongly preferred.

SalaryHiring Range – Minimum to Midpoint ($5,246 – 6,560/monthly) 9-month contract.
