College Success Specialist

WSU Tri-Cities is seeking a College Success Specialist for the Harvest of Hope (HOH) GEAR UP programs. This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of effective college readiness strategies, programs, and services; will lead others by performing senior level duties in coordinating, developing, and implementing retention efforts for the GEAR UP class of 2023/2024 in preparation of and throughout their first year of college.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience. Experience leading or directing the work of others. A Master’s degree in a related field may substituted for one (1) year of professional work experience. Any combination of relevant education and professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
